President Biden set to unveil infrastructure plan

The Biden administration is preparing a two-pronged infrastructure plan. CBSN political reporter Grace Segers, CBSN political contributor and AP White House reporter Zeke Miller, and NPR national politics reporter Juana Summers joined anchor Elaine Quijano on "Red and Blue" to discuss what's in that plan and how the White House is trying to tackle gun violence at the same time.
