Pandemic Strands 100,000 Merchant Seafarers

Hundreds of thousands of seafarers are stranded across the world because of the coronavirus pandemic. Advocates for the seafarers say it is a ‘humanitarian crisis’ that threatens supply chains. Henry Ridgwell reports from London.
