COVID-19 UK: North of England braced for potential pub closures next week.

Boris Johnson will set out a new three-tier system of restrictions on Monday, with areas in tier three facing tough new restrictions, such as the closure of hospitality venues.

Leaders including the Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, have warned the measures could devastate local economies and widen the north-south divide.
