Military leaders testify on Afghanistan withdrawal in House hearing - full video.

Top military officials testified before the House Armed Services committee Wednesday about the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Mark Milley, and the head of U.S. Central Command, General Frank McKenzie, also fielded questions from Senators about the withdrawal on Tuesday.
