The Deputy Prime Minister, Dominic Raab, has refused to be drawn on allegations of bullying, telling Sky News it would be "improper" to comment while an inquiry is ongoing.

Mr Raab has been setting out plans to give tougher sentences to domestic abusers to protect women and girls.
