The House Jan. 6 committee will hold a last-minute public hearing at 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday to "present recently obtained evidence and receive witness testimony.” The announcement came days after the committee said it would not be holding more hearings until July. The panel has been presenting its findings of former President Donald Trump’s actions before the Capitol riot, including spreading false and baseless claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen.
