At least 110 dead in Ecuador prison violence - DW News.
Ecuadorian President Guillermo Lasso has declared a state of emergency. He deployed 400 police and soldiers to the prison near the city of Guayaquil. Authorities say the violence started when rival gangs clashed. What is happening inside the prison is still not clear.
