New German Chancellor Meets With Macron in Paris

French President Emmanuel Macron met with the new German Chancellor Olaf Scholz at the Elysee Palace in Paris, Friday, December 10.

This is the first meeting between the two leaders since Scholz took over the chancellorship earlier this week.

Macron unveiled an EU agenda Thursday as he assumes the helm of the Union’s rotating presidency. (AP)
