Utilita Energy's CEO, Bill Bullen, has rejected criticism from regulator OFGEM which said it's "failing vulnerable customers".
He admitted his organisation is "not perfect" but said he was being asked "to complete mission impossible".
Speaking to Sky's Anna Jones, Mr Bullen said the company does "an awful lot to help vulnerable customers".
