Supreme Court rules Alabama congressional map likely illegal.

The Supreme Court has issued an opinion in a crucial voting rights case. The justices ruled that Alabama's redrawn congressional map likely violates the Voting Rights Act. A lower court said the map discriminated against Black voters. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson has more.
