The government is planning the launch the restructuring of Ukraine's coal regions with the support of European partners this year, and a dialogue with partners on the establishment of a multi-donor fund is underway, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has said.

In addition, Shmyhal noted that such a transformation is envisaged in the National Economic Strategy until 2030, which was adopted three months ago in order to ensure economic growth for Ukraine and improve the welfare of Ukrainians.
"Over the past three months, we have already shown that we are moving in line with the strategy, this movement contributes to Ukraine's economic recovery. The basis of the government's economic policy is macroeconomic stability. To successfully implement all reforms, it is necessary to build a country with sustainable public finances and a developed financial sector,” he said.
