On Wednesday, November 20, the investigation in Maidan’s cases may be interrupted due to the fact that the Verkhovna Rada did not approve the norm for ensuring the investigation. The lawyer of the Heaven Hundred relatives Yevgeniya Zakrevska reports this.
“The Verkhovna Rada did not vote on the norm to ensure investigations in Maidan case after November 20 ... it did not have time. The next attempt would be only on December 3. That is, on November 20 we still have “a black hole. ”There is nowhere to transfer cases to ... the investigation stops," Zakrevska said.
In her opinion, the parliament doesn’t care that the deadline of the investigation is getting closer every day, and the Rada understands that this process means “sending investigations into the abyss”.
Earlier it was reported that a separate unit will be created in the central office of the State Bureau of Investigation, which will work on the crimes committed on Maidan in 2013-2014.
