The OSCE SMM observed almost 200 weapons located outside designated storage areas in non-government-controlled areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

“The Mission observed 193 weapons beyond withdrawal lines but outside designated storage areas in non-government-controlled areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, all in training areas,” reads the daily report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine issued on 27 October 2020.

On October 20, 25 and 26, the Mission detected almost 100 tanks, as well as towed anti-tank guns, towed and self-propelled howitzers, multiple launch rocket systems, and surface-to-air missile systems.
