Ukraine’s Trade Representative Kachka elected IGC chairman.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has congratulated Trade Representative of Ukraine Taras Kachka on his election as chairman of the International Grains Council (IGC).

"Congratulations to Taras Kachka on his election as Chairperson of the International Grains Council for 2021/2022," Kuleba wrote on Twitter.

The minister noted that Ukraine will lead this important international organization for the first time in history, proving "its effective leadership and status of a global food security guarantor."
