Robert Mueller, who was appointed as special counsel for the United States Department of Justice in May 2017, has had much more success than Ukrainian prosecutors have ever had.
Mueller heads an investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, but has already uncovered many other crimes while conducting the probe.

Alex van der Zwaan, former lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom Sentenced to 30 days in prison and a $20,000 fine on April 3, 2018.
Russians Twelve Russians, including businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin, were charged in February 2018 with conspiracy to defraud the United States, aggravated identity theft, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud.
