The highest death toll was recorded in the United States (552,072 people), Brazil (321,515), Mexico (203,210), India (162,927), the United Kingdom (126,955), Italy (109,346), Russia (97,219), and France (95,798).
The countries most affected by the coronavirus pandemic include the United States (30,460,346 confirmed cases), Brazil (12,748,747), India (12,221,665), France (4,705,068), Russia (4,494,234), the United Kingdom (4,359,984), Italy (3,584,899), Turkey (3,317,182), and Spain (3,284,353).
As many as 192 countries have been affected by the virus.
