The Iranian authorities invited Canadian Transport Safety Board to participate in the decrypting of data from the black boxes of Ukraine International Airlines plane. The black boxes of Boeing 737 kept in Iran and the Canadian experts do not exclude that the process of decrypting will take place there.

Canada will send the second group of investigators for check of the recorders in any place, where the decrypting is going to take place.

The Iran’s officials expressed controversial comments about whether they would send the data on flight and tape recorders from the cabin of the plane abroad. The preliminary report of the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization states that Iranian officials asked French and the U.S. authorities to send them modern equipment for receiving of data in Iran.

It is supposed that Iran decided not to pass the recorder to other country, fearing that extra details of the crash would appear, including data of 20 seconds between hit of the first and the second missiles at Boeing 737.

Canada’s government stated that the black boxes should be passed to France for decrypting.
