Government consistently provides subvention for miners’ salaries - Shmyhal.

The Ukrainian government consistently fulfills its obligations to provide a subvention for the payment of miners’ salaries, according to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

"The issue of miners 'salaries is among the priorities for ensuring stable payment of salaries. Both last year and this year, the state has been consistently fulfilling its obligations to provide a subvention, a relevant subsidy for the payment of miners' salaries," Shmyhal said during an hour of questions to the Government held in the Verkhovna Rada, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

As Ukrinform reported, at a meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on Repayment of Wage Arrears on July 1, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal instructed relevant authorities to ensure payment of all salaries within the deadlines set by law.
