Zelensky thanks Italy for humanitarian aid provided to flood-hit regions.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky thanked Prime Minister of the Italian Republic Giuseppe Conte for the humanitarian aid provided to Ukraine to overcome the effects of floods in the western regions.

He said this issue during a call on Friday, July 3, the press service of the head of state reported.

"The equipment provided by Italy will help us cope faster with the effects of the disaster and restore the damaged infrastructure of Ivano-Frankivsk region. I am grateful for your prompt decision and the delivery of humanitarian aid to Ukraine," Zelensky noted.
