A MUM was left fuming when her Hermes Christmas presents had already been opened prior to delivery.
To make matters worse for Kerryann Mcildoon, from Hull in East Yorkshire, her son's gifts were also in different packaging to what he'd originally sent.

The mum was excited about receiving her annual gifts from her son Daryl, who lives 185 miles away in Luton.
As Daryl finds it difficult to get home to celebrate the festive day, he normally sends Christmas presents to his mum via Hermes.
Ms Mcildoon was expecting the parcels on Tuesday, but they failed to be delivered.
Hermes told her the label had been damaged.
However, when the gifts finally arrived on Thursday, they were in a different box to the one her son had sent them in.
Ms Mcildoon said she was also annoyed to discover that the presents appeared to have already been opened.
And, the box they were in was labelled "shower greyhound coat".
"DISGUSTED"
She explained: "It's not even a proper box. There was one strip of Sellotape on the top.
"It was as if somebody has opened the box and taped it back up."
Ms Mcildoon told Hull Live: "My son said, 'I didn't put it in that box, I got a Royal Mail box from the Post Office."
She added: "He wrapped them in Christmas paper.
"They have opened them quite a bit. I'm absolutely disgusted."
The furious mum said her son also "bought my partner a Nivea set.
"The [wrapping] paper has been ripped off.
"They have opened the Nivea set and opened the card with it."
Hermes said the external packaging for the parcel was damaged, so its team repacked them.
The parcel delivery service added: "Unfortunately the external packaging for this parcel was damaged.
"Our team repacked them and all items have now been safely delivered.
"We apologise for any inconvenience."
