The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the world exceeded 81.3 million patients as of December 29.

The overall death toll is 1,775,661 people, while 46,054,686 coronavirus patients have already recovered.
The highest death toll was recorded in the United States (334,963 people), Brazil (191,570), India (148,153), Mexico (122,855), Italy (72,370), the United Kingdom (71,217), and France (63,235).
The countries most affected by the coronavirus pandemic include the United States (19,308,467 confirmed cases), India (10,224,303), Brazil (7,504,833), Russia (3,073,923), France (2,619,616), the United Kingdom (2,336,704), and Turkey (2,162,775).
As many as 191 countries have been affected by the virus.
