Enemy shells Sumy region’s border areas, 19 strikes recorded.

Russian troops have shelled border areas of Sumy region three times today, March 19.

The Operational Command North provided a relevant update on the situation in the region as of 12:00, Ukrinform reports.

From 07:20 to 08:05, eight strikes, presumably from a 120mm mortar, were recorded in the Seredyna-Buda district, three private houses were damaged.

From 10:38 to 10:55, six strikes, presumably from self-propelled guns, were recorded in the area of Starykove village.

From 10:30 to 10:45, there were five strikes, presumably from a 120mm mortar, in the area of Studenok village.

There were no losses among the military personnel and equipment. There were no reports of casualties among the local population or damage to civilian infrastructure.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces shelled Shalyhyne, Esman, Krasnopillia, and Bilopillia communities in Sumy region.
