Russian invaders fired 55 missiles at Ukraine today. The air defense forces of Ukraine destroyed 47 of them.
"Terrorist state Russian Federation launched a massive missile attack on the territory of Ukraine today. The enemy fired 55 air-launched and sea-launched missiles (Kh-101, Kh-555, Kh-47, Kinzhal, Kalibr, Kh-59) from Tu-95, Su-35, MiG-31K aircraft and ships from the water area of the Black Sea," Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny posted on Telegram.
The air defense forces and means of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 47 cruise missiles, 20 of them in the area of the capital. In addition, three of the four Kh-59 missiles did not reach their targets.
"The goal of the Russians remains the same: psychological pressure on Ukrainians and the destruction of critical infrastructure. But we cannot be broken!" the Commander-in-Chief stressed.
As reported, the Russians launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine on the morning of January 26. Hits were recorded in Vinnytsia and Odesa region, and Kyiv city.
In Kyiv, one person was killed and two people were injured as a Russian missile hit Holosiivskyi district.
