Ukrainian forces destroy enemy lookout post, engineering equipment in southern Ukraine.

Ukraine’s Defense Forces have destroyed a lookout post and engineering equipment of Russian invaders in the southern direction. Eight Russian occupiers were eliminated.

The relevant statement was made by the South Operational Command on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

According to the South Operational Command, Ukraine’s Air Force launched three strikes on enemy personnel and military equipment clusters deployed on the left bank of the Dnieper.

“Missile and artillery units completed a set of fire missions. According to the confirmed data, an enemy lookout post and engineering equipment were destroyed. Eight rashists were demilitarized,” the report states.

The final results are yet to be updated.

In the southern direction, the situation is remaining challenging but stable and controlled. Russian invaders continue defensive actions and maneuvers, hiding from Ukrainian artillery and air forces.

At the same time, Russian troops continue opening fire on the de-occupied areas situated on the right bank of the Dnieper. Over the past day, the enemy has launched about 50 attacks with ground weapons. Additionally, Russia’s Su-35 aircraft hit a critical infrastructure object in the Kherson region’s Beryslav district with two guided bombs.

The South Operational Command mentioned that, during attacks, Russians targeted mainly residential houses in Kherson and village communities along the coast. Eight civilians received injuries of various severity levels.
