"The total number of confirmed cases of the 2019 novel coronavirus reported from mainland China to date is 31,161 (people), the message said.

It is noted that this data includes 4,821 bad cases and 636 deceased.

Taking into account two deaths spotted in the Philippines and Hong Kong, there are 638 deceased.
