Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych has reported about explosions of cluster shells in the city.
"Explosions, including of cluster shells, are heard now in the city," the mayor said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
Sienkevych urged the citizens not to come close to the windows and added that the power supply had been resumed.

As reported, after powerful explosions in Mykolaiv at about 21:00, a fire broke out in one of the city’s districts. There were also power blackouts.
