Mrs Hinch fan shares incredible before-and-after photos of her cluttered bedroom after anxiety spell.

WHEN you're in the grips of a bad spell of anxiety, it can be a struggle to go about your everyday life - let alone keep your house looking at its very best.

One woman who knows all about this struggle is 22-year-old Sian McLean - who posted photos of her messy bedroom on the Facebook group We Love Mrs Hinch to describe how anxiety had "got the best of her" recently.

Alongside the images of her clutter covering every surface in the room, Sian then posted images of her trendy interiors once she'd given them all a good tidy before her boyfriend Max moves in.

She captioned the post: "Anxiety got the better of me (complete lack of motivation).

"Today I put a stop to it, still got lots to go but for only one day I'm super proud."

Where her dressing table was previously covered in beauty products and the floors strewn with clothes, Sian shared the astonishing images of her tidy home to emphasise how much cleaning it all had helped her mental health.

On her Instagram account Our House My Way, she later added: "As many of you know, last weekend my boyfriend and I spent two days transforming our spare room into a useable space for both of us.

"This side of the room was my 'beauty space'. My anxiety had let me just allow this room to turn into a full blown Monica cupboard.

"It was unusable. I think the transformation is quite amazing!"

And Sian clearly isn't the only one who thinks so.

Her Facebook post racked up hundreds of likes and comments from other members of the group who praised her for being so open about her experience.

One replied: "Well done, anxiety didn't get the better of you. It came, it went, you won."

Another added: "That is completely amazing, you should feel so proud of yourself. I suffer from depression and anxiety and know the feeling of no motivation.

"My flat is a tip, I have no idea where to start. You've inspired me to try through, thank you."

Last year, Mrs Hinch spoke exclusively to Fabulous Digital about how her own mental health struggle and how cleaning hacks have changed anxiety sufferers' lives.

For more affordable home makeovers, this mum created a Mrs Hinch-inspired kitchen using £28 Amazon sticky wrap after being quoted £7k for a renovation.

And this student splashed £400 on her drab university bedroom to turn it into a Mrs Hinch-inspired grey boudoir.

Plus this mum gave her bedroom a "Mrs Hinch" makeover - but people can't stop staring at her teasmade.
