Ukraine Army destroyed about 23,500 enemy troops since Russian invasion started.

Russia has already lost about 23,500 troops in Ukraine (+300 over the past day).

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Between February 24, 2022 and May 1, 2022, the enemy’s total combat losses included also 1,026 tanks (+18 over the past day), 2,471 armored fighting vehicles (+26), 451 artillery systems (+15), 151 multiple launch rocket systems, 80 anti-aircraft warfare systems (+3), 192 aircrafts (+2), 155 helicopters, 1,796 motor vehicles (+20), eight boats/cutters, 245 unmanned aerial vehicles (+13), 32 special equipment units and four mobile SRBM systems. A total of 84 enemy cruise missiles were shot down.

Over the past day, Russian troops have suffered the highest losses in the Izium direction.
