Russian invaders run mobilization drill in Crimea, briefly banning local men from crossing out.
In the temporarily occupied Crimea, the Russian occupation forces are testing the region’s r readiness for mass mobilization. As part of the measures taken, a decree was briefly posted, banning the male population of military age from leaving the peninsula. The decree was shortly removed from the official platforms.
That’s according to the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
"Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The occupiers issued a decree banning men from leaving the peninsula across the Kerch Strait Bridge but a few days later they removed it from their official resource. In this way, the Kremlin is testing Russians’ readiness to mobilize," the report reads.
In the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhia region, Russian forces attempt to identify children who continue their studies online, under the Ukrainian curriculum. Parents of local children are facnig threats in this regard. Russian hackers are also attacking the websites of Melitopol’s education department and educational facilities

In Kherson region, the invaders created their own "Nova Kakhovka utility service," demanding that local residents pay their bills to the new entity’s accounts. The population was also informed about the "write-off" of all debts as of September 1.
In Donetsk region, the invaders made a show-off move by hanging a portrait of an acclaimed Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko in Mariupol next to Russian authors to claim that they "care about the Ukrainian people."
The Center for Countering Disinformation noted that such steps by the Russians are nothing but manipulation and an attempt to impose on Ukrainians an inferiority complex.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, citing the CCD, the Kremlin is plotting provocations in Russian territories bordering Ukraine to blame the Ukrainian Armed Forces and promote mobilization among the Russian population.
