Shmyhal: Benelux countries will continue to provide security, financial assistance to Ukraine.
Ukraine counts on financial and security assistance from the Benelux countries.
"We count on the support of our friends in strengthening the economic and defense capacity of Ukraine to confront the enemy," Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal posted on Telegram.
At the same time, Shmyhal emphasized that support for Ukraine in its fight against the Russian aggressor became a key topic at the meeting with the prime ministers of Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg on the sidelines of the European Political Community summit in Prague.
"I personally thanked Alexander De Croo, Mark Rutte, and Xavier Bettel for the powerful and comprehensive assistance to Ukraine," the Prime Minister noted.
As reported, 44 European leaders gathered at the summit of the European Political Community in Prague to analyze the escalation of the war of aggression against Ukraine. The Ukrainian delegation is led by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
