Occupiers shell Novoluhanske, civilian killed
Militants have shelled Novoluhanske urban-type settlement in Donetsk region, killing a civilian.
“The militants have just shelled Novoluhanske urban-type settlement. According to operative information, infrastructure objects are damaged. The settlement has been left without electricity and heating, the gas pipeline was broken,” Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko posted on Facebook.
A civilian born in 1970 was killed in the shelling.
As a result of 15 attacks on civilian infrastructure that took place from 12:00 to 16:00 on February 21, the occupiers damaged power lines and left 7,300 civilians without electricity. No civilian casualties have been reported so far.
