Maria Mezentseva - head of the Permanent Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to PACE, head of the subcommittee on approximation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU (Zoom);

Yurii Belousov - Head of the Department for Combating Crimes Committed in Conditions of Armed Conflict, Office of the Prosecutor General;

Anthony Borden - director of the Institute for the Study of War and Peace (Zoom);

Sir Geoffrey Nice KC - Emeritus Gresham Professor of Law, former lead prosecutor in the case of Slobodan Milosevic, Chair China Tribunal;

Chair Uyghur Tribunal ((Zoom).
