North Macedonia to hand warplanes to Ukraine Army, Presidential Office confirms.
The government of North Macedonia will provide tanks and planes to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
That’s according to Mykhailo Podolyak, the adviser to the head of the President's Office, who confirmed on Saturday a number of media reports that emerged earlier, as seen by Ukrinform.
"A friend in need is a friend indeed,” Polodyak wrote on Twitter, expressing gratitude to North Macedonia.
“It doesn't matter how big your country is or how big your GDP is. What matters is the kind of heart you have. Many nations are showing more courage today than half of the G20. It those like North Macedonia, which offers a helping hand to Ukraine in the form of tanks and planes," wrote the advisor.

He also added that Ukraine, for its part, “will never forget this.”
As reported, some media reports earlier this week claimed North Macedonia was set to hand over to Ukraine four of its Su-25s. However, on Friday, the Ukrainian Air Force Command said they could not officially confirm the reports just yet.
