On Saturday, February 15, the prosecutor's office reported suspicion to two persons detained in connection with the involvement in the murder of a plastic surgeon in the center of Kyiv. The press service of the Kyiv prosecutor’s office reported this information on Facebook page.

Man detained in Odesa, a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, who, according to investigators, directly committed the murder, was informed of suspicion under items 6, 11, 12, part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder, commissioned, from selfish motives, by prior conspiracy by a group of persons).

The accomplice reported the suspicion to the accomplice who delivered the performer to the crime scene, under paragraphs 6, 11, 12, part 2 of article 115 and h. 3 Art. 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (falsification of documents).

"Now, applications have been sent to the Shevchenkivskiy district court of the city of Kiev to select measures of restraint by the suspect in the form of detention without determining the size of the bail," - the statement said.

Pre-trial investigation is ongoing. The motives of the crime are established.

As we reported before, today, the staff of the National Police of Ukraine in Kyiv region together with border guards detained a foreigner, who is suspected of killing a plastic surgeon on the evening of February 2, in the airport of Odesa.
