Kuleba meets with delegation of U.S. senators in Kyiv

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and U.S. Senators Jeanne Shaheen, Rob Portman, and Chris Murphy are meeting in Kyiv.

Kuleba wrote about this on Twitter.

"Glad to welcome US Senators Jeanne Shaheen, Rob Portman, and Chris Murphy in Kyiv. As Ukraine continues to counter Russian aggression and implement significant reforms, the long-standing bipartisan and bicameral support in the US Congress is vital to our strategic partnership,” the minister posted.

On June 1, a delegation of the U.S. senators arrived in Ukraine.

According to the embassy, the senators will meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on June 2, after which they will hold a press briefing.

They will also meet with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Defense Minister Andrii Taran, members of the Verkhovna Rada, and representatives of civil society organizations involved in the fight against corruption in Ukraine.
