Ukraine introduces ban on export of fertilizers - Agrarian Policy Ministry.
Правительство Украины вводит запрет на экспорт удобрений из Украины, сообщил министр аграрной политики Роман Лещенко в Facebook.
"В связи с военным положением для сохранения баланса на внутреннем рынке значимых минеральных удобрений правительство вводит нулевую квоту на их экспорт. То есть фактический запрет на вывоз удобрений из Украины", - сказал он. .
Лещенко сообщил, что это касается азотных (код ТН ВЭД 3102), фосфорных (код ТН ВЭД 3103) и калийных (код ТН ВЭД 3104) минеральных или химических удобрений.
По его словам, в этот список входят и комплексные удобрения — содержащие два-три элемента питания: азот, фосфор и калий; другие удобрения; товары этой группы в таблетках, упаковках массой брутто не более 10 кг (код ТН ВЭД 3105).
"Подчеркну, что данный запрет носит вынужденный и временный характер и используется для восстановления баланса отдельных товаров на внутреннем рынке и обеспечения посевной кампании, что крайне важно для предотвращения продовольственного кризиса в Украине и мире", - говорится в сообщении. — сказал глава Минагрополитики.
Как сообщалось, несколькими днями ранее правительство добавило в список критически важного импорта удобрения, для покупки которых разрешено покупать иностранную валюту.
