Two rescuers were among those injured in the Russian shelling of Kherson region over the past day.
"Over the past 24 hours, the Russian occupation forces struck the city of Kherson, settlements of Beryslav and Kherson districts with MLRS, mortars, artillery, and UAVs," the Kherson region police reported.
As noted, the Russian aggressors shelled the village of Ivanivka in Daryivka community, and State Emergency Service rescuers were working at the scene to eliminate the consequences of the attack. The enemy launched a repeated attack on the village, injuring two rescuers.
The Russian military also attacked this settlement with a drone, injuring a local resident.
The residential neighborhoods of Kherson city were under round-the-clock enemy fire. Heating pipes, apartment blocks, private houses, warehouses, vehicles, and an administrative building were damaged. After each wave of strikes, fires broke out. All emergency services worked on the ground.

The police opened 45 criminal cases under Art. 438 (Violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
