Zelensky thanks PM of Croatia for supporting Ukraine on its path to EU.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky had a phone call with Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković and thanked him for support for granting Ukraine EU candidate status.
“During a phone call with Andrej Plenković, thanked for Croatia’s support for granting Ukraine candidate status on the eve of the EU summit,” Zelensky posted on Twitter on the evening of June 21.
The President added that the decision of the Three Seas Initiative to involve Ukraine as a participant will enhance Ukraine–Croatia practical cooperation in energy, transit, and infrastructure spheres.

As a reminder, at the 7th Summit in Riga, the leaders of the Three Seas Initiative states expressed support for granting Ukraine EU candidate status and starting a closer partnership with our country.
