Russians mobilize almost all men in area of temporarily occupied Dolzhansk – local authorities.

According to the information of Luhansk military administration, in the villages around the temporarily occupied Dolzhansk, the Russians mobilized almost all the men. In Starobelschyna, the Russian military are moving into empty houses.

"In ten villages and settlements around Dolzhansk, almost everyone under 60 years of age was mobilized," the administration said in Telegram channel.

In particular, in the village of Khmelnytsky, the mobilized were taken away and taken out in a day. Those who tried to hide with relatives or friends were found with the help of representatives of village and settlement councils.

In Starobelsky district, Russians are settling not only in empty houses, but also in households where people live, evicting the latter.

"They walk around the city with lists and ask the neighbors which of the houses are now empty – they form a shunting fund," the administration said.

It is also noted that an increase in tariffs for utilities is expected in the occupied territories.

"Low tariffs for utilities – this was one of the trump cards of the occupying authorities in the capture of cities, which mainly elderly people who decided to stay counted on. However, this gift turned out to be temporary. By the end of the month, a 10% increase in the cost of almost all services should be approved," the administration said.
