Active hostilities were not recorded in the Lyman direction, but the invaders shelled infrastructure outside the settlements of Lyman, Ozerne and Dibrova.

On February 24, 2022, Russia continued its military aggression against Ukraine, which began in 2014, with massive bombardments of Ukrainian cities, towns and villages. The Russian military staged mass terror in the temporarily occupied territories. Ukraine's Armed Forces and the Territorial Defense Forces are fiercely resisting the Russian invaders and inflicting heavy losses on them.
