Russian invaders fire over 150 projectiles and shells at Sumy Region.
Russian troops have fired over 150 projectiles and shells at four settlements in Sumy Region over the past day. One civilian was killed and one injured.
The relevant statement was made by Sumy Regional Military Administration Head Dmytro Zhyvytskyi on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“We have been under continuous enemy fire today. The enemy used cannon and rocket artillery from the territory of Russia. They fired unguided missiles from helicopters. Four communities were struck in Sumy Region: Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia and Shalyhyne,” Zhyvytskyi noted.
In his words, the biggest damage was caused to the Krasnopillia community, as its area was hit with about 100 Russian projectiles.
Privately-owned household buildings, water tower and farm were damaged. One civilian was killed and one more injured and taken to hospital.
