Enterprises to be able to pay salaries from arrested accounts - Ministry of Justice.
Правительство предоставило возможность предприятиям выплачивать заработную плату с заблокированных банковских счетов, сообщил министр юстиции Денис Малюська в Facebook.
Соответствующее распоряжение Кабмина №212 от 11 марта опубликовано на его сайте в субботу.
Согласно ему, юридическим лицам - должникам на период действия военного положения разрешается совершать расходные операции со счетов, средства на которых арестованы органами государственной исполнительной службы, частными исполнителями, выплачивать заработную плату в размере не более пяти минимальных ежемесячная заработная плата на одного работника.
Кроме того, документ позволяет уплачивать с этих счетов налоги, сборы и единый взнос на обязательное государственное социальное страхование.
"Проверка соблюдения требований настоящего приказа при осуществлении платежей возлагается на должностных лиц юридического лица - должника. Настоящий приказ действует до прекращения или отмены военного положения", - говорится в документе.
