The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has destroyed Russia’s Su-25 assault aircraft in the sky over the Kherson region.
The relevant statement was made by the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Around 08:30 a.m., September 16, 2022, in the sky over the Kherson region, the air defense missile unit of the Odesa Brigade of the South Air Command destroyed Russia’s another Su-25 assault aircraft,” the report states.
A reminder that, on September 15, 2022, the Ukrainian military delivered nine strikes on enemy clusters in southern Ukraine from the air and over 330 strikes from the ground.
