Naval Forces’ gunners hit cluster of enemy manpower, equipment.

The artillery units of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated six Russian soldiers in Donetsk and Kherson directions over the past day.

"On August 16, in Donetsk and Kherson directions, the service members of military units and marine divisions of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as part of the groups, steadfastly and courageously resisted the Russian invaders on the designated areas of the front. Our artillery units struck the cluster of enemy manpower and equipment, eliminating six invaders," the press service of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Telegram.

The final enemy losses are specified.

As reported, from February 24 to August 17, the Ukrainian troops eliminated about 44,100 Russian invaders and destroyed 1,886 tanks, 4,162 armored personnel vehicles, 993 artillery systems, and other enemy equipment.
