Russian invaders have used an Uragan multiple launch rocket system to shell the city of Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region, killing two people.
The press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"At about 07:40, the Russian military shelled a residential area in the city of Kupiansk. A nine-story building, a polyclinic and a school were damaged. Two civilians were killed: a 55-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man. One more civilian was hospitalized. According to preliminary information, the occupiers fired an Uragan multiple launch rocket system," the report said.
In the past 24 hours, the occupiers shelled the Kupiansk district. In the villages of Dvorichna and Velyki Khutory, private houses and outbuildings were damaged. In the town of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district, the houses of locals were damaged by enemy fire.
Law enforcement officers have launched pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On November 22, the Russian army killed seven civilians and injured 23 others in Ukraine.
