Russian missile attack: Kinzhal hypersonic missile penetrates Kyiv air defense.

The Russian forces army hit Kyiv with a Kinzhal-type aeroballistic hypersonic missile, according to preliminary reports.

That’s according to the Kyiv City Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.

"This night, the enemy launched another massive air strike on Ukraine. The air raid alert in the capital lasted for almost seven hours. Over this time, the ruscists have released almost all types of their air weapons - from Shahed kamikaze drones to almost all types of cruise missiles," noted the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhiy Popko.

According to the official, "thanks to the efforts of our anti-aircraft defense, cruise missiles and UAVs didn’t hit the capital. Unfortunately, a Kinzhal-type aeroballistic missile (as per tentative reports) hit an infrastructure facility. All services are working at the scene. The liquidation of the consequences is underway."
