Thirty-nine military clashes in Bakhmut direction, 239 invaders eliminated.
A total of 39 military clashes have occurred in the Bakhmut direction over the past day. As a result, 239 Russian invaders were eliminated and 293 injured.
The relevant statement was made by Spokesperson for the Eastern Grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhii Cherevatyi during a nationwide telethon, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Bakhmut is remaining the epicenter of hostilities. Having concentrated the best trained teams of the Wagner Group, the enemy is making attempts to break through our defense lines. Over the past day, enemy shelling was recorded 161 times all over the Bakhmut frontline section, including Berkhivka, Zaliznianske and Bakhmut. Thirty-nine military clashes occurred, and the enemy lost 239 occupiers in killed and 293 in injured,” Cherevatyi told.
Additionally, according to Cherevatyi, two Russian T-72 tanks were hit and one Osa surface-to-air missile system was destroyed in that direction.
