Enemy has killed at least nine people in Donetsk region today.
At least nine civilians have been killed by Russian invaders in Donetsk region on Tuesday, May 3.
"At least nine people have been killed by Russians in Donetsk region today … We record diligently all Russian war crimes on our land!" Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko posted on Telegram.
He noted that Russian aircraft had been bombing Avdiivka since morning, hitting a residential area in the central part of the town. Last night, the occupiers opened fire from Grad launchers in the same direction.
"The consequences of shelling and bombing have yet to be established, but it is already known that at least three people were killed and two more were wounded, and eight houses were damaged," Kyrylenko added.
As a result of the morning shelling of Vuhledar, three people were killed as they were walking to get drinking water. Three more civilians were killed in the shelling of Lyman.
The Ocheretyn community is also under enemy fire. Information on victims and destruction is being clarified, the Administration’s head noted.
On February 24, the Russian Federation launched a new phase of the eight-year war against Ukraine – a full-scale invasion. Russian invaders shell and bomb peaceful Ukrainian cities, towns, and villages, torturing and killing civilians.
