A second evacuation train from the Donetsk region arrived in the Kirovohrad region last night.
Andriy Raikovych, the head of the Kirovohrad regional military administration, said this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"At night, the Kirovohrad region received the second evacuation train from the Donetsk region. Everyone stopped in Oleksandriia," Raikovych said.
According to him, the evacuees include the elderly, people with reduced mobility, the sick, and children.
The mandatory evacuation of the population of the Donetsk region began early on August 2. The first train carrying evacuees arrived in Kropyvnytskyi.
Since the beginning of the war, the Kirovohrad region has received more than 85,000 IDPs.
