"Russian military-civilian administrations prepare to integrate the occupied territories into Russia. This includes changes in the administrative-territorial division; adaptation of law enforcement, banking and border systems to Russian law; preparation of legal framework for the issuance of Russian passports, etc." Ukraine’s Defense Ministry Spokesperson Oleksandr Motuzianyk said during a briefing at Ukraine Media Center–Ukrinform.
He noted that Russian troops continued to deliberately destroy Ukraine's civilian infrastructure by launching missile and air strikes and shelling artillery on residential areas and infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Odesa regions, as well as border areas of Sumy region.
As reported, Russian troops are most active in Slobozhansky and Donetsk directions.
